Don't mind me. I'm just an everyday woman, doing everyday things! Hi! I am the owner of Word Life Designs, Inc. I am a middle-school educator, poet, entrepreneur and am very passionate about service, the arts and cross-cultural communication! Oh yeah, I love Norman Lear everything, Regina King is my best-friend in my mind and I listen to the Goodie Mob, Soul Food Album nearly once per week.
Back in 2008, along with a small business partner and friend, I launched my first t-shirt business. It was pretty small-scale, but hey, we inspired some folk and made some extra cash. Eventually business dried up a bit, and I didn't have the time or resources to commit to it fully at the time.
Fast-forward. I'm back in "The Mitten" after some time in Thailand, and Quarantine 2020 has given me time to dive back into some of my creative passion areas.
Why have I decided to launch Word Life Designs, Inc? Well, words are my jam and I spend everyday trying to impact this world for good in one way or another. I'm here to share my designs and inspire you at the same time! I could talk forever (no...for real), but I won't. Please take a look at the ever-growing catalog. Thank you!
